Anti-Bribery Policy

It is Trimoves Relocations' policy to conduct business with a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. Trimoves is committed to acting professionally, fairly, with integrity, and in compliance with local laws. We continue to improve, implement, and enforce systems to counter bribery and corruption in our business dealings and relationships.

As with any company, this comes with challenges when doing business in multiple countries around the world. Trimoves is focused on further ensuring full compliance in every country that we operate in, including those with less developed legislation on anti-bribery and corruption (ABC). This requirement will cover all operations, even those most at risk. To facilitate 100% compliance, all 3rd parties are to be vetted and will sign our agreement.

These enhancements were implemented in 2020 as part of the Trimoves Relocations Code of Conduct. Every year since our people have received training on our anti-bribery and corruption policy; this also helps our people learn how to identify and avoid supporting the improper practises of others.

Employees also review and acknowledge our documented code of conduct. This details the expectations of every employee when it comes to business integrity. As acknowledged by employees annually through our training program, these include rules on appropriate practises related to:

  • Conflicts of interest

  • Securities and antitrust laws

  • Agreements with competitors, customers, or licensees

  • Relationships with public officials

  • Bribery, kickbacks, and fraud

  • Sanctions and trade embargoes

Also available to all our employees is our whistleblowing procedure, which encourages the reporting of any suspicious activities. These programs are driven by Trimoves Relocations to uphold our objective of working against corruption in all forms.
